This company is toxic place

The CEO constantly berates employees publicaly in meetings. Everyone walks around and is scared of him. The company is losing a lot of money each quarterly and is not profitable. It feels like the company wants you to be stressed out constantly. This place is a revolving door of employees.

Salary & Benefits, Hybrid schedule, IT support.

Cons

Delek has an antiquated officer structure, similar to a bank. Many vice-presidents, directors. Senior managers who spend most of their time in meaningless meetings. Many decisions are being made without knowing facts and consulting stakeholders. "Shared Services" is a disaster. All software implementation nearly failed due to lack of due diligence and knowledge of processes.
