Let's see.... I gave this a 1 because I couldn't go any lower. Work life balance doesn't exist within management. Very very lean teams that continue to have more and more and more responsibility added when you succeed. So if you do your job well, your reward is more work. Eventually it got to a point that I said, "No, no more. I'm not taking anything else." Unfortunately, that's not even the bad part. The top executives care about the top executives and the business. There is a narrative that the company cares about it's staff. This is a falsehood. Led by HR being the most incompetent individuals I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Overall: Go somewhere else if you can help it. I mean this from the bottom of my heart, DO NOT WORK AT THIS LAUGHING STOCK OF A COMPANY!!!!

Management operates from top down. The CEO promised no one would be laid off during the Covid pandemic, so they “eliminated positions”, then wouldn’t talk about it or mention it. We were told not to discuss. They reward bad behavior and give upper Management positions to people with less than stellar ethics. They give absolutely no preference or consideration to internal candidates when they apply for new positions. It’s useless to apply because they already have people they want to bring in and just put out positions and bring in more upper Management . They don’t even have the decency to reach out to you. We over overworked and underpaid. They have you doing the job of many people and then bring in more upper management instead of talking to anyone about what is going on. Corporate is toxic. They promote work life balance but it is non existent.i could go on but it useless.
