Having worked in several large public companies, this is without a doubt the worst company culture I have ever been a part of. Extremely high turnover. Acts like a startup, but in all the wrong ways. Constantly preaches about its Core Values like Integrity, while retaining managers that yell at and berate their direct reports. No respect for work/life balance.

Since Delek bought Alon out they have cut out the pension, raised the cost of Medical benefits for Salaried. The cost of Medical benefits for Salaried and hourly are different for the same plans. Hourly cost is some cases is half of what the Salaried cost is. Lack of Leadership skills from the CEO and the Corporate leadership team. They have no idea how to motivate and foster a sense of teamwork. Project Management Meetings and Loss Profit Meetings are nothing more than a beat down of how bad we perform and how we make nothing but stupid decision(insert quote). What leader talks to their team in these terms. The time to show real leadership is when things aren't going the way you want. Anyone can get people to do what you want through fear and intimidation. A real leader coaches, inspires and fosters team work to accomplish goals. A title does not equate to leadership. Leadership is a learned Trait!!!
