Company perks and benefits are good Salary is competitive Work is very flexible.

Cons

No process or interest in promoting from within Management is very secretive and do not represent or realize the entire truth Strong presence of in/out groups. Little to no collaboration. C-suite is disconnected from rank and file Ideas are dismissed based on origin rather than merit. Delek is actually two corporations, (DK and DKL) but likes to project that it is only one.
