      * Teaches me things about business I would have never learned on my own * Gives me the opportunity to learn from very intelligent peers * Challenges me to expand my abilities beyond what I thought were possible * Offers a good opportunity to earn good salaries, bonuses, stocks,etc * Matching 401k up to 6%

      Cons

      * If you are looking for a easy job where you don't have to give 100%, Delek is not the right place for you.

      Great people to work with, but they are getting run off

      Work, lots of work to keep you busy.

      Cons

      Low pay, and if you complain they start looking for ways to get rid of you. Crappy middle managers who they won't get rid of, but either run people off or hire some of the most incompetent people on the face of the planet. HR from Hell, out of 66 people in HR, only 6 are not Director level or higher.
