      Pros

      Nice coworkers, nice company perks, many opportunities to learn and build your resume. Leadership varies around but they are tying to being better management in. If you care, try hard and show initiative the controller will help you whether you are on her team or not. Happy about changes in the last year or so they are trying to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Things were manual and a lot of people didn’t understand before the new system and now it is harder. Especially with people that don’t know how to change. Some higher ups don’t get how hard the change has been and expect issues to be solved over night.
