Pros
Delek provides great benefits to employees. We are one of, if not, the top paying company in the area we are located in; and, the benefits and salaries provided are life changing for our employees. No one in the immediate area provides what Delek does for employees. The company is, also, focused on giving back to the community. Our refinery is in an area where we have an opportunity to make a difference for the community. The organizations we assist recognize us as a leader in the area.
Cons
With the new CEO, we are in a period of transition. Sometimes change can be unsettling for people; however, as changes are made for the future, it will make Delek a stronger company. I think we will be a force in the near future in our industry.
