      Pros

      Good team of employees. Work location being in Nashville is refreshing for the industry. Some leadership trying to make changes despite the poor leadership at the top.

      Cons

      Poor management. Top down decisions. Compensation is communicated one way and yet paid a very different way.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience. I agree that Delek is a very flexible place to work. For the con - The pandemic has affected us in so many ways. Like so many companies we took proactive measures to be fiscally responsible and meet our commitments to our stakeholders and employees. Taking considerable time to make thoughtful decisions that minimally affect our employees. Some benefits were suspended but please know the impacts are temporary.
