      Pros

      Good relationship with local neighborhood customers Steady schedule when enough people are employed.

      Cons

      Hindrance in hiring process due to District Manager ignoring communication. Practically living in the store due to lack of staff due to previously mentioned issue. No follow-up from immediate supervisor after work place injury. No follow-up on recovery. Concern over product that clerk took after a robbery and going against company policy. Forcing store managers to work while having fevers/being ill while holding a food handler's certification.

      Pros

      It was a job and I’ve had a nice coworker there

      Cons

      Mismanaged lack of workers and being the only worker to manage the store and all the responsibilities with almost no support is impossible I can’t be responsible for me and my manager and whoever at the same time and not enough funds to hire on more employees no lunch breaks had to Handel money and eat at same time
