Since my time at Delek US, I’ve enjoyed the positive team collaboration. We continued our efforts to break down silos and communicate and interact as One Delek in order to make the company stronger as a whole.

Pros

I love the team I work with. It is a great work environment with uplifting coworkers and exceptional direct managers. Does a great job of being transparent of where the company is going.

Cons

Work life balance could use some work. I feel like it’s pulling teeth sometimes to get the things I need to do my job to the best of my abilities. Usually with some pestering it eventually comes around. Could be worse. Not a lot of recognition depending on what department you are in.
