Pay was always there. There are genuinely some great people working there.

Cons

They run so lean that employees have to do the job of 3-6. Management creates a toxic atmosphere and a lot of them have no clue to what they are doing. Few pf them are very hateful and bully’s. You will have no home life because they’re always calling you in.

Everything. Management is absent except if someone higher up is visiting The culture is toxic Racism is strong there Gender bias is horrible Issues known but not spoken about or acknowledged.
