      Pros

      Decent compensation and that is being nice. There are a handful of good management, but not a lot.

      Cons

      If you have no family or life, this is the company for you!!!! 60+ hours expected and no flexibility. NO TRAINING. Unrealistic expectations and hostile environments.

      No shortage of job openings!

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, insane workloads. Corporate management wants top quartile performance, but gives bottom quartile pay and benefits. High turnover rates, they cannot seem to retain quality people. Management does not keep their word, and don't care that they don't. Cheap....cheap, cheap, cheap!!!! Disorganized, standoffish, no visibility, no personal relationships, slow to hire and quick to fire...all around miserable company to work for.

      Pros

      I have worked at Delek for 3 years and have been given incredible opportunities here. One of the best things about the company, is that we run like a start-up which means you're exposed to other areas of the business that you would not get elsewhere. You're given the opportunity to round out your skills and are truly given the room to fail. There has been a big shift in company culture in the last year, where it does really feel like the company cares about you and your family. There are now wellness initiatives, tuition reimbursement programs and scholarship opportunities for employee's children and dependents. The company offers competitive pay and has great benefits like 401(k) match percentage.

      Cons

      In the past Delek has run very lean during acquisitions, however I think the company has heard the feedback and is now trying to strengthen the workforce to be ready should we ever go through another one.
