Cons

Management have all lost their minds. No work / home balance why so ever. They want you working every day/night. Consolidation has completely destroyed the Tyler refinery. CEO and all management only care about one thing Their bonus. They preach safety but only on paper.

Not sure there are any; if you like to work for an unethical company that promotes liars, this the place for you

Cons

Big changes, many good people leaving with no explanation. Some of the managers lie, cuts corners, and rewards people for being unsafe. This is especially true in operations. Compliance is shifty. - help is needed so we can feel safe again.
