      Pros

      They offer a pretty competitive salary provided you negotiate accordingly. They will at least match your current pay if not better and will not negotiate you down. Offer cell phone reimbursement, stocks and a 100% match for the 401k plan.

      Cons

      They are not employee friendly and will work you to the ground. You will more then earn your pay if you are in management. There is not much of a work life balance they offer or you can afford. Management can be very insensitive and it's what they say or the highway.

      The pay is good, but not good enough to stay for.

      The pay is excellent and there are some fantastic people in the trenches.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is schizophrenic and chronically short sighted. The culture is punitive, but only if you get noticed - incompetence and toxicity that do not rise to the level of executive comment go unchallenged and ignored.
