      Good Company Struggling with Communication and Lack of Organization

      Opportunity to perform many different types of work; small staff; smart CEO who challenges executive team to be better; becoming an innovative culture; many lines of business and possible opportunity to move around within the company

      Cons

      Poor communication from executive team to staff; unorganized; lacks processes which creates confusion; secretive environment; with the exception of the CEO and one or two, the executive team doesn’t commend its staff and share the credit so to speak; not very team oriented - at times can be condescending and bossy; executives often second guess the subject matter experts and create more work and frustration

      1. Toxic workplace- all the leaders are afraid of upsetting the CEO so don't always push back or take a stand when they should. 2. No clear direction - you might start on a project but wouldn't ever finish it
