      Pros

      Delek provides all employees with the option to enroll in insurance (medical, vision, dental) as well as offers PTO to employees. Delek provides an opportunity for career advancements. I've also personally noticed that the company is open to feedback on where they can improve and empowers employees through a "see it, improve it" mentality that gives employees the ability to make changes and positive impact where needed.

      Cons

      Company is growing fast which is a positive thing, however, this can sometimes cause chaos for evolving processes and systems that can frustrate end users. This is common for growing companies, but it can be with growth brings changes which can be tough for employees.

      Good benefits Team oriented This company is very good about investing in employees, and making sure that they have the necessary resources to do their jobs efficiently.

      Cons

      When I started, the training could have been better, but it appears that they are working to improve this.
