Pros

I love the team I work with. It is a great work environment with uplifting coworkers and exceptional direct managers. Does a great job of being transparent of where the company is going.

Cons

Work life balance could use some work. I feel like it’s pulling teeth sometimes to get the things I need to do my job to the best of my abilities. Usually with some pestering it eventually comes around. Could be worse. Not a lot of recognition depending on what department you are in.
