Good compensation package Interesting industry Company is fast-faced and growing quickly Opportunities to work on a variety of issues A lot of great people at the individual level

Cons

Having worked in several large public companies, this is without a doubt the worst company culture I have ever been a part of. Extremely high turnover. Acts like a startup, but in all the wrong ways. Constantly preaches about its Core Values like Integrity, while retaining managers that yell at and berate their direct reports. No respect for work/life balance.
