      Fair bonus structure Yearly AIP bonus/salary increases Good co-workers, humor Got some snazzy coffee machines

      Cons

      Little consideration of work-life balance unless you luck out and get a good boss. Computer systems SUCK! Everything we do is manual! Revolving door of employees, bosses, initiatives that don’t work, stress, drama.....and then we do it all over again. Tough seeing good talent leave. Move cubes/offices on average every 6-9 months because management doesn’t seem to understand that they can actually lease more space. Would rather waste time playing musical cubes.
