Everyday I feel so good to come to work. I've worked at a lot of places during my years. When I wake up in the morning, I am excited to come into work here. So many great people -all working for the same goals. Your job is clear and you know your goals Benefits are ON POINT! Management seems to care about the development of their employees Great HR department that looks out for employees ...oh....WINE! The best brands on the reduced employee prices....

Cons

A little behind in times in regards to systems but they are working on new systems. Older facilities - but new buildings in the future. Pay is a little low in some roles compared to other companies

The I.T. staff were vindictive, uncaring, and selfish. Worst job I ever had (including county work)!

We appreciate your feedback but regret your opinion of the IT working environment. We conduct round-tables, a culture survey, and exit interviews to stay on top of our working climate which we consider a top priority. This is not feedback we have heard before and frankly, we are not aware of any such environment in the IT organization. We would hope anyone interested in joining Delicato and the IT team would meet our team and form their own opinion.

Team outings and some free lunches The Free wine. I suppose that's it, did i mention the free wine?

Cons

Beyond being a boys club, management and their buddies look past what's right and wrong. Micromanaging, take credit for work done by others. The salaries are ridiculously low yet they bring some employees on extravagant vacations. They're constantly trying to reach the "millenial" market without actually listening to the ones who work for them. Worst work experience, which was quite disappointing.

In fact, in 2015 Delicato started the Women's Leadership Initiative aiming to support, strengthen, and empower current and future women leaders of the organization. The mission with the Women’s Leadership Initiative is to "Improve Delicato's business results by attracting and retaining talented women and providing professional development opportunities that promote and inspire women's leadership."
