      Pros

      The salary here is average for the market and offer decent benefits to full time employees. This location is growing and looking to expand it's customer base. Would recommend for a person looking to get started in the medical field.

      Cons

      Limited to outside thoughts to improve processes for customer service levels. Low personal time off (PTO) hours offered each pay period. Limited tuition reimbursement to further education to only four disciplines, such as nursing, physical therapy, directors, radiology, and all others are excluded.

      Tenet Focuses Only On Profits, not Patient Care or Employee Satisfaction

      Pros

      None anymore with all these new productivity standards in place. If your department doesn't show 100% profitability, jobs are cut and remaining personnel told to do 2 jobs with no overtime! A hospital cannot solely be run on profit standards without compromising patient care quality!

      Cons

      Management cares only about bottom line apparently and getting their bonuses for this multibillion dollar corporation while slashing department resources and stressing out employees.

      Lots of learning experience, of which unfortunately, you'll learn that you get thrown under the bus quickly!

      Cons

      Save yourself the trouble. Politics are the worst here! If you fancy getting thrown under the bus for nothing, go ahead & work here.
