Delray Medical Center reviews

It's so unsafe. Everyday I come to work I'm afraid I'm going to miss something big and hurt someone because it's always so short staffed. No ancillary staff. No help from managers. It's scary how this hospital is rated so high. The physicians are terrible as well. I've been hung up on and called stupid, screamed at more in the past 6 months than I have in my whole life. A total nightmare to work for. I regret signing a contract here. If you're considering working here save yourself and don't.

Leadership talks as though they are trying to build a positive work environment and culture, but they do not supply the basics for the staff to complete their daily tasks, leaving everyone frustrated. The staff tries to give top notch care, but they are often understaffed, over worked, and scrambling to make due with what supplies are available. They are more concerned about bottom line than providing the high quality care the tout with their paid for "awards".
