      Good people, they try to make the best out of an understaffed situation.

      Cons

      Understaffed, always has been, always will be. They get by with spending the least amount of money possible. It's all about money!!

      Lots of learning experience, of which unfortunately, you'll learn that you get thrown under the bus quickly!

      Cons

      Save yourself the trouble. Politics are the worst here! If you fancy getting thrown under the bus for nothing, go ahead & work here.

      Lots of acuity Learn how to work fast and on your toes Will make any other job feel easy

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid Lack of resources A lot of responsibility put on the nurse, lots of tasks - you do more than you should have to do (transports, put in admit orders for some MD’s, Dr’s don’t update pt’s often, etc) No ratios!!! Sometimes scary
