      Pros

      Absolute horrible place to work for, always understaffed, high turnover for ED nurses and don’t even bother asking for the absurd ratios which are 6 to 1 and sometimes 7 to 1. They will lie about this in the Interview. Management will also expect for nurses to play doctor and start orders while the ER physicians will take sometimes hours to see the patients. Completely unsafe.

      Pros

      Good people and the cafeteria has a Subway where employees get a discount.

      Cons

      I witnessed a mass exodus post-covid due to the shortsighted policies enforced by management and a lack of support for nursing staff including nursing hopefuls. As a result, they lost a lot of great people.

      Benefits. that's the only pro. I didn't even use the benefits so it didn't matter.

      Everything. The hospital requires so much out of you without caring about how it affects you The work load is insane Under staffed
