      Senior leaders are terrible

      Some of the frontline staff are very caring

      Cons

      Understaffed, very poor management. Staff resigns and senior management does nothing to retain wreaking havoc and stress on those left behind. Punitive culture.

      A for profit company that values saving money over patient care

      Pros

      A good teaching hospital. Geriatric patients that truly need care. Level 1 trauma center

      Cons

      Cheap. They have a never ending revolving door on management. Doctor driven and not always care driven.
