Turmoil Continues After Merger

Pros

Large size provides many potential opportunities for career development. Global reach also creates unique roles. ATL headquarters campus is a decent place to work.

Cons

Merger turmoil will continue to create problems well into the future. Delta culture is to give the appearance of being pleasant while hiding actual opinions about newcomers (ex-NWA). Lots of phony southern hospitality.

Pros

Great people, great enviroment, great management, great job. I would tell everyone to come work for this company.

Cons

Its a physical job and if for some reason you are not in shape to handle the physical rigors and stress it could lead you down a path toward injury. I strongly recommend you be in decent shape when starting out.
