Free Flights anywhere! No clocking in, works on the merit system. No micromanagement, at least in my dept.

Cons

Hours No time off unless you've got senority Exhausting Dealing with the weather

Pros

great people,exciting profession....long hours but the wonderful places to visit more than make up for it. On the other hand, the passengers can get to be a bit much. All in all, it was a good experience

Cons

Long hours and the necessity to stand on long flights get to be a killer after a while. I couldn't do it any more after twenty-seven years. Oh yes, and the pressure to lose weight
