      Pros

      Fair opportunities for advancement, good benefits and salary, flight benefits, excellent pay and treatment at the hourly employee level, non union in most areas.

      Cons

      Reinvestment in maintenance side of house very low, not much incentive to leave hourly level of employment for merit or management level, compression between levels.

      Pros

      Free flight benefits. Flexible vacation policy. Good benefits although it used to be a lot better. Dynamic environment. Most employees have strong passion for the airline industry. For the most part, people are nice and get along.

      Cons

      Very poor senior management team. Most of the executives and directors have only worked in the airline industry and cannot work anywhere else. Most employees (Non-Contract and Contract) don't trust the management team. Layoffs are always around the corner but they mostly affect analysts and Contract employees.

      Great Place to Work; There is a great opportunity to grow; a very friendly environment to work and thrive and grow

      Cons

      Compensation is not as high but if you go up and work hard, you can definitely thrive and grow and be successful
