      Pros

      Great company, great benefits, travel the world for free! Company treats employees fairly.

      Cons

      Change change change....difficult to keep up with all the new rules and regs coming ahead. Opportunity to travel the world for free, but not so much when all the flights are full...have to choose carefully! Pay, just average. Work schedule can be 24/7 holidays and weekends this can also be a pro....much to choose from as far as hours worked if you're not a 9 to 5er!

      Great pay for flight attendants and great company..no union which means open door policy and good relationship with management

      Cons

      Low pay and not much incentive to earn more. Pay is the same in Texas or New York. It is a hard industry during these economic times to work in...

      Delta Air Lines has wonderful flight benefits, however, the professional growth opportunity is not there. The atmosphere is very polarized and political.

      Cons

      Recently underwent a merger; unclear growth; Lack of communication from management to employees. Lack of concern for employees. Lack of empathy for co-workers.
