You have a job - better than no job You don’t need education for most of the positions Delta pilots have the best deal in the industry

They keep squeezing the employees - more work less pay Flying benefit keep getting worse and worse More rules every year Manipulation by the corporate at every level The new CEO cares about bonuses and shareholders the most
