Pros

It’s all about the flight benefits.

Cons

Few jobs available. If you’re not enjoying your role, there are few options for you. Not to mention, Delta does not lean into remote work, so you’re likely stuck in Atlanta.

Pros

Always interesting problems to work on in the operation and a nice company culture. The business unit does matter regarding the culture, make sure you ask around to see if it is the right fit for you. Hard to beat benefits.

Cons

Very few fully remote opportunities.. Not the biggest con but could scare off some people. Salary feels slightly lower than market value but expected with flight benefits. Promotions could be faster for high-achievers but there is a time element.
