Pros

Remote work Not much else as a pro. I am only saying this regarding the account Executive position in the Northeast

Cons

Have to work 7 days a week. Say they have a culture that puts emoyees first, but they only care about how much you can work. Change compensation to benefit company. If you don't work 7 days a week you are reprimanded by management even if it's a weekend or holiday you want to take off. Management does not work with you. They only criticize you.

Hi there, First of all thanks for time and sharing. Your employee experience is not how we run and support our outside sales team. We do see you are a "former employee" so we would have hoped that you would have shared your concerns or frustrations during your time of employment. A few things we would like to share is that we are very clear that these roles are flexible but the role requires evenings and weekends. That is made very clear in our job descriptions, and interview processes for AE candidates. We don't hide that fact and it's a given from the start. 2. The Outside Sales team implemented 'No Meeting Mondays for Account Execs starting April 12th, 2021 to ensure our team members have a day off during the week. Some of our Team Members decide to choose and work 7 days a week to take advantage of our uncapped commission structure. However, that is for them to choose. 3. As of July 1st, the outside sales team has revamped our PTO structure for sales reps that incentivizes our sales people to take additional time off and use their PTO. Again, we thank you for your feedback and wish you success in the future. We do know that we must learn from our growing teams and wanted to assure you that we hear what our employees say and act upon to continue to create a culture of excellence.

Thanks for your review. In 2021, we did a re-evaluation of our Customer Engagement roles and did a $2 per hour pay increase for the entire department. In 2020, the pandemic had us pivot and we learned that we can hire across the country and know that our team members contribute to our success and service if they are remote or at our HQ, or choose to do a hybrid role, if they were always an HQ based employee. We know that our team members enjoy the flexibility and therefore we continue to offer that when it works for the employee and the business.
