I've worked for Delta Defense for 2 years and can safely say that, in my whole career, I've never worked for a company this awesome before. The benefits are awesome and the perks are even better: The perks include complimentary Elite USCCA Membership, 35% Discount on USCCA Merchandise, employee referral bonus program, Pet Insurance, Personal Protection Allowance, Personal Fitness Allowance, Concierge Car Services Program, a library, Fitness Classes, YMCA Membership Discount, and much more.

Cons

It's not a con for me, but this company is not for people who move at a snail's pace. The folks here MOVE FAST and GET STUFF DONE! It's even in the core values.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We would like to mention that our pay raises are not only through promotion. We do have an annual review process for every employee. Recently at our weekly company meeting, we shared with the entire company our pay philosophy and pay markets for benchmarking. In addition, our CFO shares information on our company bonus program throughout the year. Here at Delta Defense, we are aware that team members have learned, and grown their careers and sometimes choose to move on and share their talents at a new job with a new company. While others choose to stay and grow here with us at Delta Defense. Either way, we always support a "growth mindset" and our team members in their journey.
