Pros

The compensation is definitely competitive, with the ability to bonus on a monthly basis. It also provides an opportunity to help many organizations do great work in the berhavioral health field.

Cons

To make it short and sweet, their is a toxic corporate culture here. There is a complete lack of consistency from senior leadership. Many times business decisions are not well thought out and there is rarely follow through. It amazes me that they can stay in business.

Pros

Honestly? There are none. If they let you out of the office for a client visit (key word: let you) you can escape for a bit. They make client visits mandatory, then complain when you go on them. Expect to get tons of texts or calls asking you where you are while you're out on your visit.

Cons

Where do I begin? Want to take off on a Friday or Monday? Forget it. It's sad when someone's wedding and subsequent honeymoon needs to be "approved." Want to work independently and not be asked the same question three different times, from three different people? Forget it. This place is a textbook example of micro management and what it does to great employees. Want any social life? Forget it. You'll be called or texted on weekends from their on call team asking for your help, including holidays. Health benefits are horrible. The hypocrisy! They staff contractors and don't allow them over 40 hours due to quality of work/burn out rate. Yet, they mandate everyone else to work 45+ hours a week! The sales department brings in fake job orders which are impossible to staff, then throws everyone else under the bus when they can't be filled.
