Tough environment but great way to grow career
Pros
Allowed employees to capitalize on their skills also develop and grow new skills. Company pushes their employees to reach their full potential. Though they seem demanding in the hours they want you to put in, they are very generous with OT; they actually do things correctly and pay employees OT whereas other companies do not comply with OT/salary/exemption laws. Compared to other companies, they are very loving employers, they really are a big version of a mom and pop store. Family and employee oriented.
Cons
Tough environment, company can be pushy and demanding but they have good intentions. Tend to over expect and over demand from employees ... Most star employees leave. The ones who don't basically live at the office and breathe delta t group all day everyday and never see their families due to work schedule being 7 days a week. Company could be more successful if they didn't drive away good talent.
