Employees are very nice and empathetic. Managers are flexible and understanding.

Cons

Work often requires involvement from several teams, but the coordination between teams is very weak and leads to critical issues. Rushed fixes cause unnecessary stress, wasted time, and ultimately a worse customer experience.
