My onboarding experience was good. The person of contact is very responsive with all my queries. They acknowledge all the documents that I am sending them. Training experience in my project was also good. In each process that we have, my peer mentor sets call so that she can show me how it's done, we record our session and at the end she lets me do it myself while in the call and after that I am good to do the process alone. The team is very welcoming, helpful and understanding. My manager is a bit intimidating but I'm getting used to it. I like all the benefits here in Deltek. The monthly stipend, the optical/medicine reimburse, everything. They are really helpful for me as an employee.
