The work is, by nature, mundane and repetitive following a few weeks or months to adjust to the workload. Management seems intent upon focusing its energies on petty retribution rather than managing their workers effectively. Communication between teams and business units is either highly circumscribed, discouraged, or forbidden. *Human Resources completely unavailable and unresponsive to staff/employees. Rather they are completely focused squarely on management. What management says, goes. Employees do not have a voice, a say, or recourse. *Sr. Management Staff is woefully misguided in their leadership and people skills. There are so many incompetent managers it is difficult to imagine how this happened. * Sr. Management offers no mentoring, no guidance, no feedback, no information-sharing. And if there is a problem? Watch out. I've seen management put new employee on plans within a few months of employment. Huh???? Management operates with fear tactics and employees are terrified to take a stand. *Little flexibility in work/life balance. They are MORE than happy for you/me to work 50-60 hour weeks. With no extra compensation or comp days. However, God forbid you leave 30 minutes early one day. They will dock your pay. I've seen this time and time again. This was the final stra for me. I left because the company is heartless in its treatment of employees. I tell all of you: BEWARE.
