      Nice offices, some nice employee morale themed efforts, some good people at the mid-level

      Cons

      Deltek has gone from great to really quite sad. Many layoffs, many re-orgs, lots of favoritism, no vision, no direction.

      None. I can't think of any. I met the worst VP there, who has no professional skills and treated people really bad.

      Cons

      Don't go there. One the worst place I have worked for. The manager was very confusing and never dared to fight for your right. A small company with a bunch of incompetent people.
