      Nice office space, recently moved and decorated with Deltek-isms

      Cons

      Political, blame storming environment, zero integrity in many of the senior management. Quarter to quarter business outlook, layoffs leaving those remaining with insane expectations for workloads.

      Pros

      A Great Software Niche Product. Non-management people who really care! Awesome client-customers!

      Cons

      Management has an extremely short-term vision: Revenue and bottom line mentality for the quarter only. No conception of employee trust or loyalty. Absolute disdain for anyone with more than 3 years experience with the company. Not willing to invest in people with paid-for professional development. Corporate Value of "Speed" . Just rush it out the door, even if the product is loaded with bugs and not properly tested by individuals in the USA with intimate knowledge of the industry. Everything is being offshored - they're nice people but have no conception of the federal contracting environment.
