      Short and Sweet... This place sucks!

      Pros

      The only good things that could be said about Deltek is that you have the ability to work from home and the office park is nice.

      Cons

      Where do I start? The list is long and ugly! Monthly lay-offs!!!! The company doesn't have a clue about workforce planning. Executives make decisions based on the last earnings report. If it hits their pockets, lay-offs are a comin'. Employees who have been there 10 years fear for their jobs on a daily basis. There is no communication from management (they don't tell the truth anyway.) This is truly a toxic enviornment!

      WFH, Benefits, Good Team, and Leads. (Excluding the higher-ups)

      Cons

      We've been experiencing anxiety because of this year's events. Which we believe is not entirely the previous culture of Deltek before our CEO changed. I have to agree, and hearing from the Tenured Colleagues,our previous CEO care about the employees. But now--after the promised provided last year, it happened again.

      Some of the people on my team were good people. Nice, friendly, willing to help.

      Cons

      The entire company doesn't know what it's doing in Portland...the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...you're lied to about the position to get you in the door and vastly underpaid for all the responsibilities you take on. Stay away.
