      Pros

      Company has a pretty good onboarding. Benefits are good and the team atmosphere is pretty good.

      Cons

      Most people do not make quota in the sales department. Leadership could be better. There is no clear view on career progression for greater positions.

      Pros

      Smooth onboarding process and access to training materials.

      Cons

      Seemingly great company culture however the team/department dynamics can be awful. If you are a minority, tread very lightly as I experienced covert racism and microagressions that employees of the majority race did not have to face. Very few professionals of African descent however, the company did attempt to hire a few externally and spotlight a few internally when the Black Lives Matter movement was at its peak in the media.
