      Flexible Work Arrangement - out of state offices can CLOSE and employees work from home full-time, but if in DC Metro, this program really doesn't apply to you - really?? CEO says we're done with layoffs - 2 weeks later, another round - can't trust him as far as you can throw him (2 VPs brought in from out of state let go as part of this) No strategic direction other than Sr. Mgmt getting their bonus Stock purchase plan, yet almost zero movement, zero volume - so why bother??

      Pros

      The people outside of management are really good. Too bad that nearly everyone is in management.

      Cons

      Through acquisitions, lots of products, sometimes in the same space, with no integration between them. Management is uniformly terrible. Lots of management by consensus and CYA. I find the environment toxic. I have worked in several companies over the years, and this one is by far, the worst place I have ever worked.

      casual fridays, really dont have to work 'hard' if you dont have to.

      Cons

      poor management, little interest in anything other than personal career advancement. poor environment as you feel as youre working alone with little support from others.
