Great Work Life Balance but Low Pay and Zero Growth Opportunities

Pros

Deltek has a great company culture with health and wellness events, employee appreciation, and really great team building exercises. The work is manageable and everyone is very nice and patient for the most part. It's a very laid-back work environment, which is hard to come by in DC.

Cons

Turnover was outrageous during my time and I was often doing the work of two people with zero recognition for my work from my boss or Director. Pay is not competitive in the lightest and does not accommodate the rising living expenses of the DMV. The Director of my team was also sexist and played favorites. This is a job to start your career or if you just need a job. Don't expect to ever get promoted, or receive a raise.

Work-life balance is awesome and Management is very approachable!

Some processes are not yet established, though it is understandable as our LOB is still growing.
