I have the best experience as a a candidate and as an employee. My recruiter was very hands on and gives me updates about the status of my application, my interview schedules and was very clear and precise about the job description. Their HR people were commendable as well. They were very patient and considerate. Salary and benefits were superb. Let me just point out that Deltek was very supportive with the professional growth of their employees. I was sent to UK to attend meetings and trainings on my third month in the company - ALL EXPENSES PAID. And who would not love their Project Nation Fridays? We only report half day every other Friday as part of "WORK-LIFE BALANCE" campaign. Also, the team that I am currently in were very helpful and supportive. What more can you ask for?
