      1 on 1 meeting with a manager in terms of feedbacks, updated technologies, high-caliber people, great workplace, flexible time and everything, too much learning ways for both technical and soft skills

      Cons

      you need to be in a team (even with lunchtime) you need to be high caliber or else goodbye.

      Very liberal work from home policy. They come very close to discouraging working in the office.

      Culture, compensation, management, upper management, processes, HR, transparency, all nearly 100% atrocious.

      deep subject matter expertise in PS ERP, good work life balance

      Cons

      too fragmented, growth through acquisitions without product integration across the portfolio. Still heavily set in the server client/perpetual license.
