      Pros

      Great people. People who still care about the product, but not about the place they spend their work hours at.

      Cons

      atmosphere of fear paralyzes all great ideas in making. People know they will be kicked out of the company once they train their substitute in Philippines. Experience and knowledge are not appreciated. Extremely poor benefits package.

      Pros

      Some VPs are extremely respectable and intelligent, however they are in the minority and not promoted instead outsiders are hired with big promises that never pan out. Everyone wants change, but its all talk and no action.

      Cons

      90% of work life is spent in meetings so to complete work you have to do tons of overtime. There is no respect for working hours or family balance. You are expected to bend over backwards for no reward. No one is secure. Stock rewards are a joke and given as bonuses that are vested over several years.

      Pros

      The people outside of management are really good. Too bad that nearly everyone is in management.

      Cons

      Through acquisitions, lots of products, sometimes in the same space, with no integration between them. Management is uniformly terrible. Lots of management by consensus and CYA. I find the environment toxic. I have worked in several companies over the years, and this one is by far, the worst place I have ever worked.
