      Challenging yet limiting in growth potential. Used to be a great place to work, now VERY top-heavy.

      Pros

      Excellent product (Costpoint), excellent customers, lots of travel. Challenging work, plenty of learning opportunities. You can't ask for a better group of fellow workers to work with. Always willing to help. Great camaraderie.

      Cons

      Executive management continually taking away benefits from consultants. Limited ability for income growth. Not much time left for family after doing client & internal work. Company is top-heavy, and getting worse.

      A place where "us vs. them" mentality exist!

      Pros

      Deltek products are popular in the government industry.

      Cons

      "Us vs. them" mentality. Constant clash between new employees versus the veterans. Very high turnover rate due to lack of communication and structure from top management. Once an employee is hired, he/she gets thrown into the wolves. Management does not provide a learning curve time frame for new hires. They expect the employee to figure it all out by themselves. When the management expectations are not met, they'll eventually terminate the employee with no regard. Employees get sucked in to a lot of politics within the company which is very unfortunate because the company has a lot of potential. Each department has their own silos/cliques. There's no sense of teamwork amongst the employees.
