Pros
Demandbase has a great culture. What do I mean by that? Leaders are accessible, people are helpful, there's a sense of camaraderie. There's a focus on growth of the company and footprint in the market, and on growing employees through things like Individual Development Plans and through a scrappy, well orchestrated offering from the small but focused L&D team. Demandbase is super focused on feedback - from employees, and from customers and always looking to improve and innovate. Everyone, from the CEO on down, is responsive. Remote-first culture means high flexibility.
Cons
Always too much to do, intense goals, a lot of BHAGs. But that also makes it extremely satisfying. Think the new CSO is going to help us win more, bigger, and better.
