Opportunity for those new in technology. Open door policy for any department manager to learn more about different roles and product knowledge. Opportunities to master leadership and time management. Fast paced environment. A great place to learn and acquire valuable skills pertinent to any role in the industry.

Cons

High stress and constant change. Non competitive salary and benefits.

Pros

- Used to be a great place to start out your career. Would take kids straight out of college and train them in a way that would help them as they grew - When you hit quota, the money is good - Travel

Cons

- Intuit selling to Internet Brands really crippled the company - Instead of hiring qualified people they promoted people who weren't ready and had children leading children. Not investing in the right people to keep the place successful. - As more and more experienced people left, the management just made excuses and didn't take the necessary steps to replace them. Teams were left without managers for months. -Very unprofessional -Had managers with EQ so low they shouldn't have been able to even speak with people let alone be left to manage them
